Kent born and avid foodie, Laura Bounds, has taken over the helm of Kent Crisps and Kentish Oils.
Well known for producing quality products and promoting the country both at home and abroad, the firm has now reached a new phase after the change of ownership.
Laura, who at 31 may be the youngest female snack owner in the UK, had been the commercial director for the brands since 2014, and now, as owner and MD, plans to diversify and grow the business further, including having already secured multiple airline contracts.
“My vision for the future is to forge new partnerships and products and fly the flag for rapeseed oil… At the same time, I plan to enter four new export markets over the next 18 months for Kent Crisps, create a global brand and promote Kent as a destination for visitors,” said Laura.
