Fancy a little moonlighting? Make time this summer to watch a movie in the heart of Betteshanger Park.
Its natural auditorium is entirely uncovered, offering a tempting way to enjoy a long warm summer evening – be prepared though, films go ahead, whatever the weather!
Tracy Brunt, Betteshanger Park’s Event Manager, hopes that the Open-Air Cinema Season will become a firm fixture of the Kent summer for locals and visitors alike. “Our moonlit movies, set against a backdrop of spectacular sunset views over Sandwich Bay and the Thanet coast, make for a good fun, great value night out,” she says.
This summer’s programme includes:
• 19th August – The People’s Choice
• 16th September – Alice Through the Looking Glass
And on 24th June don’t miss an exciting mid-summer sci-fi all-nighter with star gazing activities and midnight feasts. You can even camp – ages 16 and over, tickets cost £27.50 (early bird) and include breakfast.
