Food writer, author, and food and prop stylist, Natalie Seldon is celebrating the launch of her debut cookbook, The Goodness of Nuts & Seeds, a collection of more than 40 delicious recipes celebrating nuts and seeds.
Recipes range from breakfast alternatives such as buckwheat and almond waffles with chocolate date syrup and orange, poppy seed and pistachio brunch muffins, to healthy lunch ideas including halloumi and red pepper tacos or roast chicory and lemon salad with turmeric walnuts, and a selection of inventive dinners. There’s also delicious vegan-friendly desserts like chai, raspberry and coconut slice (inspired by the much-loved retro Wagon Wheel).
Natalie recently hosted an intimate book signing evening in the beautiful surroundings and displays of Chic et Tralala, the gift, home accessories and furniture with French accents store, in Holly Bush Lane, Sevenoaks, where guests were treated to fizz and an array of edible delights from the book.
